My whole life my mom told me I should be a graphic designer. But it took a disastrous CNA class, six weeks of floral design school, and months of trying to find work as a florist before I finally gave in and started in the Visual Art and Design program at Salt Lake Community College. You’d think my life long love of paper, envelopes, fonts and all things crafty would have clued me in a little sooner. I guess the moral of this story is, moms are always right.
Jace David Hawk was born July 2, 1999. He died October 31, 1999. He spent his four months of life at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. In honor of his 20th birthday, we are organizing a little clothing drive. Primary Children’s is always in need of newborn and 0-3 month sized cotton sleepers and rompers with snap fronts, especially in boy patterns.
